With a win I think the Werkself has a good shot to put some distance between themselves and Bayern, especially considering the competition Bayern face in the run-up to the Winter Break. Ribery's return has coincided with a (mostly) easy stretch for Bayern, which will continue through the Gladbach and Cottbus games. At the moment Leverkusen's the vanguard, who must hold the Bavarians at the gate! My, that got awfully dramatic at the end there.
